Desktop Share Not Working Properly

Hello.  Has anyone else been experiencing problems with the Desktop sharing feature?  I noticed yesterday that when I click on Share desktop, I no longer get the option to share Desktop, windows, or applications.  It just goes away and my participants cannot see anything.  Uploading documents works, but it takes much longer than just sharing my desktop and presenting from my computer is faster and easier.

Anyone?  Or is it just me?

Edit:  I just looked at the top of the sharing window says shareundefined.  Maybe that helps.

Hi, to get the issue resolved

  • Go to the link - http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager06.html
  • Click on 'Delete All Sites' and 'Confirm'.
  • Close all meetings and try to open again.

If it still doesn't work then try to reinstall the Adobe Connect add-in.

Hope it helps..!!

Thanks

Akhil
