Diagramms / Grafics not shown in uploaded PPT presentation

Hello everybody

Can somebody tell me why some grafics or diagramms completely disappear after uploaded PowerPoint presentations to Adobe Connect 8.1?

I thought this problem should be solved in Adobe Connect 8.0. Why did it happen again?

This has happened frequently at my office. We use a slide theme where there's a company logo - and it would never show up after being uploaded to Connect. I believe we found that it was due to the file type. Now, I can't recall exactly what type works best, but if I were you I'd try a different format.
