As part of a training curriculum and Acknowledgement, a team of users is required to read a pdf file, close it and then acknowledge their agreement to the terms in the pdf file. In order to show completed in the curriculum, all courses need to be completed. The pdf is set up as a course and it need to show as Complete. I am seeing differening results from people viewing this pdf. Some users show Complete some show Not Taken when they say they have opened the pdf file and viewed it. It is a 2 page document. Any reasons why we would get these differing results? To get a Complete would users need to view both pages? Other suggestions?
When I see this problem, it usually has to do with the conversion of the PDF to allow view reporting. Either re-upload the PDF and update the course or convert the document to HTML and use that version in the course. The PDF conversion issue is random and infrequent, but will allow some users to get a Complete status and some to show Not Taken no matter how much the view the PDF.

Jorma,
Thank you for your reply. I will convert the pdf to a Presenter format and reload. I appreciate all of your help and suggestions!
