Dimensions of InDesign based slides in Connect Pro

Because of the elegant features of InDesign I would rather prefer to prepare my slides in ID than in PowerPoint.

  1. Have you got any good advice on the page size, font size and the like?
  2. Can I use the ID file directly ot do I have to turn it into a pdf before loading it to Connect Pro?

Any advice is highly appreciated.
