Since moving from DSL to Cable internet connection, my sessions in Adobe Connect are filled with delayed audio, chunks of audio comes in late and choppy.  Is this an issue presented by the cable internet connection being to fast for Adobe Connect.  5 Weeks of sessions in DSL no such problem.  Any suggestions?

This is your cable provider's quality of service. Their hub is not correctly handling the network packets or because cable services tend to share the same line with many other users in your network, you could have a saturated network situation. You'd need to complain to the cable provider and advise them you are using VOIP audio which is not working well with their network. It is not an issue of being "too fast" I have a 42 GBS Verizon Fios line and that is awesome speed. Connect takes all the bandwidth it can take but it also works great in low bandwidth situations. That is one reason the US Dept. of Defense chose Adobe Connect so it would work with the various types of networks they have from high bandwidth to satelite and anything in between.
