Embedded Adobe Connect Event Catalog is not showing on mobile devices

We've used the iFrame code to embed the Event Catalog on our website. Everything is fine and looks perfect when viewed on a desktop but when we use a mobile device (tried lots iPhone 6, iPad etc), the viewer can only see the Event Catalog box WITHOUT the events inside.

Any ideas? Very odd and frustrating! Could it be something to do with flash?

Not too keen on this software but based on your query I noticed that there was a separate app for mobile devices:

Adobe Connect | Mobile web conferencing

Click the link above ^^

It's the Event Catalog rather than the events themselves that we are having trouble with (I agree the mobile app is a bit clunky to use).

We have the code embedded in our website. On a desktop it looks like this: Screen Shot 2015-05-20 at 22.14.52.png

But on mobile devices it just has the top bit 'Events per page' and then no events listed underneath. Curious...

I think Connect does make use of Flash but I'm not entirely sure.  Have you also tried on Android devices with various browsers such as Google Chrome and Firefox?  Which browser(s) are you using on iOS?

Using iOS 8.3. Works fine on Firefox and Internet Explorer on desktop but don't have any android devices to check how compatible it is with them. Going to try downloading Chrome to my iPhone and see if that makes any difference.

if you're using Safari then Chrome probably won't make a difference as they are both based on WebKit (at least on desktops).
