Hello,

I have Adobe Connect version 11.0.6.

I would like to validate if Connect is using the H.264 codec for my recordings.

Should I have .mp4 or .f4v files in the Content folder after recording? If so, how do I activate the H.264 codec?

Currently I just have .flv files.

Thank you.

When you record an Adobe Connect meeting the server saves a series of files to recreate the live meeting experience. If you download the source files for the recording you will see a series of XML files and FLV files (many just place holders). The session is not recorded as a flat MP4 file on the server. To do that you would need to use the Make Offline option which will play the recording locally on your computer and record an MP4 that you can upload to the Connect server or a hosting solution of your choice.
