It sounds like either the recording is corrupted or it is waiting for audio from a teleconferncing provider. If the audio for a telconferencing provider was used and the audio was recorded on their end it can take up to 24 hours for the audio to get imported to the recording. Historically it only takes an hour or less, but I'm sure there are situations where that may not be.
If the recording is corrupted, you can try reaching out to Adobe Connect Support to see if they can fix/recover the recording.
