Error uploading recordings to YouTube

Hello, I have numerous Adobe Connect recordings I need to put on my YouTube channel. I have recorded them (made them offline) as MP4s, which is a supported YouTube file type. When I try to upload them to YouTube, 90% of the time it fails and I get the message "Processing abandoned. The video could not be processed." I cannot tell any difference in the files between the one that worked and the others that fail. I also do not know if there is a way to tell whether I made the recordings offline in standard view or in classic view (or if that would make a difference). The YouTube error message support is too generic to help. Does anyone have any insight?

It could be something in the MP4 encoding that YouTube isn't happy about. I'd test by re-encoding the videos to MP4. You should be able to use just about any application that can spit out an MP4 but a good free app is called Handbrake. https://handbrake.fr/ Try putting the MP4 into there and spitting it back out as an MP4 with the settings of your choosing. Then see if YouTube is less grumpy about it.
