Help with Content Marketer's Guide to Webinars

I want to print pages from the Content Marketer's Guide to Webinars, downloaded from Adobe Connect page. I tried saving the document as a PDF using Acrobat Pro. That did not work. Printing using Control Print didn't work. I could use some help here.

It downloaded fine for me, maybe try using a different browser to see if it make it easier to save it. I have a download button that looks like a page with a down arrow on it in FF.

Thank you--I downloaded it in Explorer and was able to print. The file had downloaded just fine in Chrome, but I wasn't able to print.
