I have enrolled in a course which uses Adobe for the class room which I log into. Recently when I try and login it doesn't take me to the group class.It says it is just loading. I had it logged with Adobe and they tried to help me.They got on my computer and spent some time trying stuff. I am still unable to log in and the customer care closed the case as complete.
I am able to access the room on another computer, but need to have it on my own p/c.
I have tried reloading Adobe using the method of taking old off the computer and redownloading it. I am on apple mac and believe it is the correct Adobe program for the computer.
Very frustrated and seeking some guidance.
