Im trying to cancel my account, but i cant do it. I follow the steps in the guide but in my account, the plan service is empty so i cant cancel the plan. I have a monthly plam, not appears in serviceplan, and i have 2 charges in my credit card.
How I can resolve this?

I've also unsuccessfully tried to cancel my account by following the steps listed. AND I can't get hold of an Adobe support team member to assist.
Help would be greatly appreciated!

I don't remember Subscribing Adobe but keep getting email for payments.
Please cancel my Subscription and stop asking for charges. I do not need it at present but will be in touch if I need it.
