Hi,

When selecting the merge option to merge participant audio with their name in the attendee pod, if you make a mistake how do you unmerge the audio. For example if I merge the wrong audio with the wrong participant?

Thanks

Hi neeena,

Currently we dont have a way to unmerge a telephone number with a participant (that is why we give a confirmation message that you really want to merge this number with this user.. )

Anyways, only way is to disconnect the telephony user, and re-join the audio conference and then re-merge with the correct participant.

Thanks
