Have a good day!

We're new to Connect and setting up our first event.

When I click "Get URLs" for the event, all I get are the URLs for the event.

How do I get unique urls for various social media campaigns?

Also, what is the campaign ID alias used for?

Thanks.

You have to create Campaign ID's under Event Administration, then you will see under the event the campaigns available so you can check the boxes for the campaigns for that event.  After checking the appropriate boxes, click get url's again and you will see the different urls to post to your media or messaging.

Or you can add ?campaign-id=Twitterbook to the end of your Event URL. For example: connect.cosocloud.com/eaimuu1fa0ty/event/event_info.html?campaign-id=AdobeForum

The wizard option mentioned by Tomas is a better way to ensure you can consistently use the same campaign ID's for multiple events, but in a pinch, you can add your own and Connect will track it.
