Hi there.
The first issue you have is with Enhanced Security. Go into your Adobe Connect administration pages and navigate to Administration --> More Settings. Disable the Use Enhanced Security feature. Don't worry, if you're using Connect Hosted then this is delivered over HTTPS already so is already secure. Disabling this feature will allow your Moodle plugin to connect to the platform properly.
Assuming this is using the free Adobe Connect integration from the Moodle site, then you have another problem, I'm afraid.
This software will not allow you to be signed into a meeting automatically from Moodle. The free plugin only performs single sign on (SSO) with On-Premise Adobe Connect accounts, not hosted accounts. This is because the sign-in mechanism uses something called External Authentication to give you access. Enabling this mechanism requires access to the Connect server itself, which is of course not possible with a Connect hosted account.
There is a solution however. We have developed a plugin that does exactly what you're after. It integrates Moodle with Connect Hosted in much the same way as the on-premise version but our version actually allows SSO for your participants. If you'd like to know more just pip me a private message and I can show you a demo of it in action.

Hello,
I have the same problem too. I am considering the possibility of integrating Moodle with a reliable, efficient videoconference / webinar system.
I would like a system that:
- allow the SSO
- monitor users (as in Moodle)
- register the webinars.
I downloaded the connect plugin and installed it on Moodle but I'm using a trial version of connect. Unfortunately I have only one mistake.
Friday I will have to deal with my superiors and report on the integrated conference systems that I could compare: unfortunately your Connect is the only one that I can not enable and, if I continue like this, I will have to discard it a priori ...
Can you help me?
P.S. Sorry for my English!
