How to prevent multiple users from using one username and password

I am trying to assist someone who would like to setup an event with a registration fee but they are concerned that one person can register and then multiple people will use their username and password to log into the event.  Is there a way to limit this so each username can only be used one time to enter the event?

Thanks,

Marcus

Hi MFarrell,

For ondemand events you can not prevent the users who are using the same credentials for view the associated contents with event.

But for live events I think there is only one way to prevent duplicate users to enter into the event and that only host can do this. For example - if a meeting is associated with a event and a registered user is entered into event using their registered email. At the same time if any other user try to enter into meeting using same credential then their name will appear twice in participants list in meeting and so meeting host will not allow that duplicate user ..this way you can prevent the multiple user who is using the same credentials.

Thanks,
