Hi!

I need to uninstall Adobe Connect from my computer with Mac OS X. I've found this instruction: http://blog.kevingoldsmith.com/2011/09/30/having-problems-with-the-adobe-connect-add-in-on-os-x-here...

Unfortunatley it doesn't work. In my ~/Library/Preferences there is no Macromedia, no Flash Player and no www.macromedia.com/bin/connectaddin.

Can anyone please help me get rid of this add-in?

Thank you in advance!

Best regards, Amy

Are you sure you have the add-in installed? When you launch a meeting does it open in it's own window (and show the Connect Add-in in your applications) or does it open the meeting in a tab in your web browser?

On my 10.7.5 machine, it is located Users/<profile name>/Library/Preferences/Macromedia/Flash Player/www.macromedia.com/bin/adobeconnectaddin/adobeconnectaddin.app

Please make sure all your browser windows are closed. You may also have to enable the hidden files.

I hope this helps,

Dave
