Has anyone else experienced this? My latency jumps up to 6 or 7 seconds as soon as I start to speak on Adobe Connect. This frequently results in the connection being lost. It worked without problem in 2012.

Last night I was using Connect Pro to converse to an employee in South Africa. The audio latency was between 4 and 8 seconds. If I shared something it more, slightly better if nothing but audio was transpiring. If I shared desktop, audio would not work at all. I made sure that the setting was changed to LAN instead of limiting with narrower bandwidth setting. Best I can determine, there was not a bad bandwidth on the other end, and my end is about 15 Mb/sec. Should not be a problem.
We decided to try SKYPE and found no problem, no latency whatsoever when using this. It seems silly to have to use Skype to communicate audio while sharing documents and desktop on Adobe Connect Pro. I'm personally disappointed in this audio latency. Sept 2014
