I'm having problems play FLV video through connect. It keeps lagging. How small does the file need to be not to lag? Any quick solutions this? Tahanks

Hi,

Did you create this FLV file through connect recording offline feature?  If yes, than may be the original recording having issues.  Please tell me more about it.

Thanks,

Annkiit

I have found that the following settings when encoding/creating an FLV works well in Connect.

Encoding: h.263 or h.264

Bit-rate: 400-800 kbps

Resolution: ~720 X 480

Higher bit rates and resolutions can cause greater bandwidth demands, which can lead to lags. From the above settings you can increase the file quality (resolution and bit rate), until you find a setting that you are happy with.
