I currently cannot install with the latest installer (the installer takes forever to do anything and then says download failed)
Downloaded the full setup, but same download (!) error.
Installed using the old setup - which installed the current version.
I just noticed by accident:
In the temp folder, there are now 4.25 GB new temp (mostly .tmp.zip) files from the installation attempts. (Some files with 1 MB, most with 105,5MB) and a lot of empty folders.
And a bigger logfile which contents repeats like this:

The files mentioned in this log file do not exist (any more), but all existing .tmp.zip files are ok (except one with 0 bytes) (Tested with 7zip).
