Is it possible to get voice over mobile phone instead of computers speakers? Meaning that person who is attending meeting would call to a number (specific for the meeting)so that the audio from the meeting would come via mobile phone but would still be using computer to participate to the meeting.

Yes, but you will need to get a conference phone bridge. This can be with one of the partner companies with the fully integrated phone bridges or with just about any teleconference provider using the Universal Voice option in connect. This will allow you to have users on the phone or VoIP at the same time.
