In my organisation there are 4 people who need to use Adobe Connect. I was thinking that Adobe Connect Meetings with capacity of 25 people would be fine for them. Is it so, that with one licence only one meeting can be going on at the time? If they all want to have separate meetings going on at the same time we should buy four licences? If we buy one licence can anyone be the host if the meetings are not happening at the same time or is it only one dedicated person who can be the host?
You can have two meetings running, one with participants and one that you are designing for future meetings. It is listed in the EULA that the intention is that you are only running one meeting with participants in it at a time. You must have 4 licenses and each one is to be assigned to an individual. Here is the legal description of the Named Host license, though this is for the version you'd get through a reseller which has higher limits than what you can get from Adobe's website:
1 Adobe Connect Meeting Named Host. Each individual Named Host has the ability to host a meeting with up to 100 total attendees on the Adobe Hosted platform. Named Hosts may create an unlimited number of meeting rooms, however, the Named Host can only use one of their rooms at any one time and rooms cannot be accessed unless the Named Host is present. Named Hosts must be individuals, not groups or generic logins, and a Named Host license cannot be shared between more than one individual.

Is this still the case? I was speaking to support about how to add an additional host because we occasionally want to run two meetings at once. She informed me that a host can host two meetings at the same time. I have just done a test and have two meetings running right now. Am about to start a 3rd to see what happens!
