Is there a way to offer attendees the option of connecting through a phone line/conference call dial-in while using adobe connect?

Yes, you can either use one of the providers with fully integrated phone bridges (MeetingOne, InterCall, Arkadin, or Premiere Global), or use any other SIP enabled phone bridge using Universal Voice, this process is described here, Setting Up Universal Voice - Adobe Connect User Community. The My Profile link is now on the main tool bar of the Connect Central interface, instead of the top right.
Fully integrated providers can be enabled under Administration > Audio Providers and then tied to your account by doing step 2 and 3 in the UV walk-through mentioned above, just select the appropriate provider.
