For some time now, we've been having an issue with breakout sessions using PGi as the audio provider. What used to happen is all of the participants were muted in the general session, but when they were placed in the breakout sessions, their lines were automatically unmuted. When they were placed back in the general session, their lines were muted again. Now, though, that does not happen. When participants are placed in the breakout sessions, their lines are still muted... actually most are, there will be a few that were unmuted. We need to go in and check each breakout session to see who is still muted and unmute their lines. We then have to mute everyone when they reenter the general session. It is quite cumbersome when you are dealing with 100 participants and several breakout sessions. Has anyone run across this issue and found a fix? Is there anyone using PGi with breakout sessions and not having this issue?
