Hi would someone help me resolve this issue, I receive this error message when accessing an online documentation course withing the BT R2L system that is linked to this site the Knowledge Document link is: /r2llms/data/20091203_133928_1049/Riverbed_part_1.htm and the error message is: 

Your Account Has Expired.

You are getting this error message because: 
  • You were trying to log in to your account and it has expired. 
  • You were trying to access a content, course or meeting and your account has expired.

For further assistance, please check out the Adobe Connect support center or contact Adobe Connect support.

Contact support, http://www.adobe.com/support/connect/connecthostedsupport.html,  and they should be able to let you know what to do. If you have worked with a reseller for Connect in the past, give them a call.
