Hello, I do a webinar from America on Fridays and as i am in Australia I keep losing the connection every couple of minutes is there anything i can do about this please..
Are you using Hosted Services of Connect.
Some info on your bandwidth when you experience this could be helpful in find out the issue.
Also you check that from Latency Meter inside the meeting .
i:e : on top right of the meeting there is a green bar , just click on that and check the BW status.
