I am trying to download a recording of a session I created on the weekend. However, the desktop share pod seems to not be staying in sync with the rest of the recording. The share pod either locks up and doesn't change slides, or it jumps ahead of the current slide in the presentation and becomes out of sync. Sometimes the video pod and the share pod also show up as jagged purple squares. I have no idea what is causing this problem. I have tried downloading the video from serveal different internet connections, computers, web browsers and OSs. Any help or insight you guys can offer would be great!
