Are you attempting to access the same room multiple times or different rooms in quick succession?

The same room and different users and computers.
We've done several tests with one or more hosts, but is very unstable since updated to version 9.

Hi,
I've the same problem!
In early November I sent the following email:
We are looking a problem that appears with Connect 9 Licensed version.
It seems that the same user cannot connect from 2 different IP's because it appears the following error:
ValidateUserError.invalid.missing.
Is this a bug?
We have been looking for in Connect users forum and other people is having the same problem...
http://www.connectusers.com/forums/cucbb/viewtopic.php?id=8089
Could you be so kind to check it, please?
Answer:
You got it right.
This is a known bug in the new version.
We are working with our engineering team to get the patch in order to fix this bug.
We should have this patch pretty soon.
I will send across the patch once it is available.
Sincerely, I can't understand how there isn't a solution yet...
any ideas to fix manually?

Good Morning,
i had the same problem
In debug.log file i found:
com.macromedia.airspeed.StatusException$Invalid$Missing: <status
code="invalid"><invalid field="time-zone-id" type="id" subcode="missing"/></status>
In my case the server is a virtual machine located in a cloud farm in london, but our customers were connecting from all over the world.
Im in italy.
So reading debug.log it seems that the invalid.missing error is due to the time zone of the server.
My server was configured with rome gmt+1 time zone but the clock was running at london timezone (server hardware time syncronization)
I just fixed the os setting (widows 2008 r2) at london timezone and the "invalid.missing" error is no more happening.
Hope that this solves the problem for you too.
