I have two meetings scheduled in which I plan to use the Adobe Connect tool. Do I need to send a separate URL for each meeting or can I send one meeting URL for both. There will be a different group for each meeting; the topic will be the same for both meetings but the presentations will not be the same. Thanks in advance for your help.
If you are using the same meeting room, the single URL should work fine. Connect rooms are persistant, meaning that once created, they are available to you 24/7/365
