Hi,

I have a meetings monthly licence

and receive monthly invoices which carry the Product Description as Meeting Host 25

I can log on to my dashboard and create meetings

but I cannot even join my own meetings as I see this information:

Named Host Pricing Model
Meeting Hosts: 1 / 1
Meeting Peak Concurrent Users: 0 (Soft Limit: 0)
Concurrent Users Per Meeting: 25 (Soft Limit: 25)
Burst Pack Minutes (Total Used/Total Purchased): 0 / 0
(Balance:0 - Disabled)

Please any help, I'm sure I am just missing something dumb but I cannot understand where or what 😞

Thanks everyone

Looks like Adobe may have mis-provisioned the account. I'd reach out to Adobe Support as they will have the ability to fix it. 800-945-9120 or https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/connect-support.html

Thanks Jorma

I will continue to try and contact support - they previoulsy told me that there was no account associated with my invoices !

so it seems very possible that this is an admin error somewhere
