Hi all
I ran into a small issue after migrating Adobe Connect from one machine to another
(with different machine names).
The upgrade went well and I have followed the instruction on Adobe Connect behaves unexpectedly after computer name changes to make the changes necessary on the SQL backend.
The issue now is with the existing (migrated) meeting rooms, whenever I try to login, I get stuck at "Connecting....".
This error is logged in the access log:
2014-11-30 | 23:50:31 | "No data could be found." | MEETING | NO_DATA | W | A | SYSTEM {account-id=7} | "RTMP meetingas3app/7/50729 [session=51800]: {account-id=7, ticket=no-ticket, status=C, action=meeting-register, sco-id=50729}" | 0 | 34/55 | 0 |
2014-11-30 | 23:50:31 | "-" | - | OK | I | A | SYSTEM {account-id=7} | "RTMP meetingas3app/7/50729 [session=51800]: {filter-object-type=object-type-principal, action=custom-fields, sco-id=50729}" | 0 | 4/4 | 0 |
If I create a new meeting room, I can login to the room just fine, so this is not a port not open issue.
Is there an easy way to troubleshoot this, I don't really want to re-create all the rooms again?
Thank you all in advance!

I would contact Platinum Support. They should be able to help resolve this issue.
