Hi,

I am also unable to hear any audio when viewing lectures for class via adobe presenter- I am on a gateway netbook - not a MAC. I have installed the windows add-in (feb.2014 update) & cleared the browsing history with no success. No audio issues with any other programs. I am running Windows 7, have adobe9 and powerpoint 2010.

I do not need to run presenter to present files myself- I only need to watch the lectures provided by my professor. The progress bar at the bottom of the slide page reads "no audio"

What else can I do?
Any other solutions would be extremely helpful!
