No audio whenever I connect to an actual meeting, but I can hear the music in the setup wizard.

3 months ago it was fine apart from the headset mic which I solved by using my phone as a USB mic. But now I can't hear audio whenever I connect to an actual meeting. I can hear the music in the setup wizard. The mic also seems to be not working every now and again just like before. I can record it in the setup wizard only after clicking "Deny" and "Allow" audio several times  in the flash settings.

The audio and my mic works fine on the mobile app, but I don't think the app supports file sharing which is necessary for me.

Windows 10 64bit. And I am also using a SteelSeries Arctis 3 headset along side with steelseries engine software if that helps.

I'd recommend you use a USB headset. They are much more reliable than 3.5mm or Bluetooth headsets. You can get a low cost example and it will likely work without issue.
