Not able to hear audio in adobeconnect meetings...

I am not able to hear any audio from adobeconnect readings. My audio devices are working fine as I can hear audio from them. But, they are not working with adobeconnect meetings alone..Kindly help. Other participants are able to hear it properly. There seems to be problem with my laptop alone. I am using Windows 7 on vaio. I installed adobeconnect add-in and ran test available on https://admin.acrobat.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm. They ran fine for me. Still no luck. Kindly help. Thanks in advance.
