I need support please.

When I try to enter the room as the host or as participant, I always get the message below.

I have purchased a meeting host 25 license.

It looks to me like the account wasn't provisioned correctly. The Meeting Peak Concurrent User limit should not be 0. Contact Adobe Support to have them fix that.
