NUC - Windows 10 - Connect 9

My NUC running Windows 10 works great, to access the Internet, play music, etc.

I am using an HDMI cable to connect the NUC and monitor, where my speakers are.

When I try to join an Adobe Connect 9 meeting my trouble begins.

First:  I hear nothing, volume is turned up and my default speakers are set to the ones in the monitor.  If I open a net tab in the browser, hear YouTube videos just fine.

Second:  If I plug a headset into the USB Port of the NUC I do hear the sound through Adobe Connect 9.

It is as if Adobe Connect does not pick up sound through the HDMI port.

Any ideas?
