I'm confused about how polling within breakout rooms work. I want to assign a group of participants to a breakout room for the purpose of voting in a poll pod. I don't want voters to be able to see the vote results while the polling is still open.
As participants, they normally would be able vote without seeing the results. But if they automatically get presenter rights when moved to a breakout room, how are you supposed to conduct a poll without everyone being able to see results as they come in and also potentially disrupt an open poll (e.g. click end poll or something by mistake)?
Sort of "part II" of this question: if the standard polling pod isn't capable of doing what I described above, does anyone have suggestions for where I might be able to get a custom polling/voting pod? I've seen several quiz and game-type custom polls but not voting.

When a breakout room is started all users in the Participant role are given Enhanced Participant Rights for all pods in the breakout room. This means that they are all essentially Presenters, without getting promoted up (so they don't see the Presenter Only Area). As such, this means that they would be able to end, clear, or change the poll pod.
A custom pod could solve the problem, but there are a couple up hill battles at this moment in time for that. First, no developers that I'm aware of are building Flash based custom pods for Connect at this point as it's got a life span of a few months. But, breakout rooms in HTML aren't yet a reality for the Hosted environment, so most developers are not really building HTML versions of custom pods yet as there isn't a fully baked SDK for HTML pods. So, we are stuck awkwardly inbetween technology as we wait for Connect 11 and then the developer community to get up to speed on building solutions with HTML instead of Flash.
