I am very new to Adobe Connect/Captivate (and eLearning in general).  I've created presentation in Captivate 5 (for Mac) that concludes with a 10 question multiple choice quiz and published to Adobe Connect.  Everything works great with one exception.  I am trying to figure out a way to be notified if/when a viewer fails my quiz (scores lower than 80%).

I've set-up the permissions on Adobe Connect to only allow specific users access to the presentation (all of this works fine) and I can use the "Report" function in Adobe Connect to see overall views, scores, ect.  But if someone fails the quiz, I need to know who failed it so I can follow-up with them for further training.

Thanks in advance!

This is exactly the same problem I am having. The folks at Adobe have been trying to help me and have told me there is a bug in

Captivate.  It does not work.  However, they are still trying to give me workarounds, which are not working either.  I think this is a major bug and they should be trying to fix it.  Otherwise, just take the EMAIL button off the quiz as an option.
