How can I password protect a meeting. It was possible in version 8, but I have not yet found out how to do that in version 9. Thanks for helping, Jo
If enabled, then it should be in the Edit Information section of the Meeting Room on the server, just below the Access settings.
If it is not enabled, then go to Administration > Users and Groups > Edit Login and Password Policies. Scroll to the bottom and check the option to enable passwords for Meetings. Then go to the location above and set the password for the meeting.
