Paste content (image) into a whiteboard?

Hi,

I'm planning a webinar for teachers on Comic Generation Tools.  I want to paste five panels from a public domain comic strip onto a whiteboard and have the participants move them into the right order.

I've done this before with Blackboard Elluminate but can't seem to find any way to do so with Connect.  Does anyone have an idea as to where I might start with this?

Thanks!
Pete

You could upload them to four different share pods, and have the intended individual be a Host in the room. They could then move the share pods around to show in the correct order.

The other option is to build a custom pod to do this. The SDK for doing that can be found here: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/adobeconnect.html

Hi Jorma!

I guess I could do that, but it would dumb down the intereactivity that I'm striving for.  I hope Adobe sees a need for Connect users to be able to manipulate content within the whiteboard as I described above.  In the meantime, I found it easier to create a couple of Flash interactives.  I'll just send my participants to the page I created today.  If you're interested, it's at: http://resco.ca/comicgen/index.htm

Thanks,

Pete

That is why Connect is an open product, allowing you to create the functionality you need into the application. Make it do what you need.

If you are going to use that site, you can always screen share it and then have a student request controll of your screen and arrange the pannels appropriately.
