Pointer failure in recordings is doing my head in!

We have recently noticed that the green pointer is not working properly in recordings. This is causing us huge problems. I believe it has been registered as a bug. Has anyone lese had this?  If not I suggest you check your recordinsg!

Yes, that is a know issue with version 8.2.2 supposed to be fixed with Connect 9.
