Not really a poll but I am interested in the way you are recording your meeting. I work in a University and we have many licences with many teachers. We are actually using the force recording feature as it's so easy for me to setup and teachers don't have to bother clicking on anything to start the recording and never forget to start a recording. I just have to clean my server from time to time. But I got into many problems witht his option that doesn't handle well the recording.
So, I wonder, how are you using the recording option? Asking to your staff to start whenever they feel to do it? Never wanted to use the force recording feature? Anyone using the force recording feature that doesn't like how the recording is handled?
