Currently the integration with a Polycom VCS is one way (from the Polycom to Connect), and is only available in the licensed version of Connect.

Instructions for configuring Connect to work with your Polycom system can be found in this document: http://help.adobe.com/en_US/connect/9.0/installconfigure/connect_9_install.pdf. Go to page 43, Deploying Universal Voice, and the instructions for configuring the Flash Media Gateway, are what will need to be setup on the back end to get the tie in to the Polycom to work. Then there is a wizard in the Admin section of Connect where you can define the SIP address to the Polycom that you want to use, and you should have a pod for that in the Connect Meeting room.
