My Department utilizes Adobe Connect 9 and Microsoft PowerPoint 2013 respectively. With Adobe Connect 9 I am attempting to use the desktop sharing ability, but when I run the option, my system does not allow the add-in to run. With respect to Presenter and PowerPoint 2013, I have the same issue. I cannot run the Presenter add-in without having full administrative rights.
My IT section states it is because both programs/add-ins are not Microsoft LUA programming guide compliant?
Any information or assistance would be greatly appreciated as I am looking to prove Adobe does ensure programming compliance and it is actually an issue on my IT's side.
