Hi,
I have a couple of my users that have experienced the same problem in the past two days, they have accessed learning modules from home before, but for some reason when they log on now the module wont load, it merely stays at the Adobe prsenter loading screen with that loading arrow perpetually spinning.
I have asked them to erase the history on their browsers, but apart from that I'm not sure what my next course of action is, I've had hundreds of users complete my modules and these are only two people out of over 3,500 that have this issue.
Using Connect 8 and the latest version of Presenter 8.1
Any suggestions?
