Preset sound in music downloads into Adobe Connect?

Looking to see if anyone knows how to preset sound levels within music downloads.  The music comes in really loud and I want not to have to say to participants to adjust their sound levels?  Thanks.

The only option I have found is to open the video in a video editing program, then adjust the output volume from there.  Save then re-upload.
