Problem on screen

When teacher share his screen, in my application show me the green screen. while in the browser, it opens without any problems.

Looks like a flash problem. Right click on the green field.  Click settings (see attachment).  Make sure flash is installed and enabled. Screen Shot 2020-11-10 at 2.34.32 PM.pngexpand image
