Problem with adobe connect sharing screen

Hi, I've been attending classes via Adobe Connect for at least two months now. At first it went well, but one day it started to make a huge delay when I shared the screen. The connection bar goes from green to red instantly, and I tried everything I could think about to solve it. You may think it's not such a big deal, but I can't keep a good conversation with the professor when he/her is trying to give me feedback. There are at least 10 seconds of delay. It's not my wifi, I've used Data and it's still the same. My classmates don't have this issue.

 

It would be great if anyone know how to fix this, looking forward to answers,
