Problems viewing meeting - only see half of screen

I am having problems viewing the whole screen in a meeting.  It happens with various companies as well as recordings of meetings.  Almost like it's mirrored:

The host needs to minimize the hosting mini control panel or move it to a second monitor.  That is what is likely blocking the portion of the screen.
