Problems with Adobe Connect Android App

Some of my costumers are having problems with the android app, so i tested it and i'm having problem with it too, i can log in on the meeting but on our "lobby" layout we have music playing, and as soon as i tap the music pod to listen to the music my app crashes, and if someone activates the camera the app crashes too.

I have the latest version of the app, the 2.6.5, on an Asus Live phone (ASUS_Z00YD) with android 5.1, our Adobe Connect meeting is on version 9.7.5.

Any ideas of what is going on with the android app?
